Conversational Skills: From the basics to specific skills for challenging situations (in German)

As intermediate staff, we engage in conversations with a wide variety of people: from line managers to colleagues and students. What works well with some may not work with others. And when a conversation is uncomfortable or demanding, and emotions come into play, it becomes a real challenge. This MVUB Lunchtalk will address both everyday situations and specific conversational scenarios in the academic environment.
